Gerber collision was the best body shop experience I have ever been through. They worked with my insurance to repair the back of my car that was hit and also worked with me to paint match a replacement fender I had ordered separately. Leslie went above and beyond with communication to ensure I was aware of everything at every step of the process. My white paint on my jeep was a headache to paint match (as white paint tends to be) and Gerber's painter did a fantastic job making sure it was as blended as possible to mask the old from the new. In the past, small things with body shops have always spiraled into major headaches from every angle. Not at Gerber. Not only was every step communicated with me verbally and via text, but any issues that came up were handled calmly and solutions were presented right after the problem was explained. I can't say enough good things about the people and the work that is done at this shop. They care about your time, your vehicle and above all, your satisfaction with their work. 10/10. Omg!! You ALL are amazing! First time through the door and everyone was so nice! The lady who we went outside with us was absolutely Awesome! She explained everything she was doing!
