I appreciate the calls as updates I got from Dave. I would’ve loved the option to be sent just automated texts on the updates because I was unable to pick up phone calls very often. The website with the updates was very helpful!

Only thing is I would have preferred a notice that “we have started on your vehicle.” One week’s update was “we should start this week” and the next thing i knew it was done and I had to scramble a bit to pick it up. Not a bad thing to be done early, but I hadn’t even been aware they had started. Only thing making this a 9 instead of 10.
