Only thing is I would have preferred a notice that “we have started on your vehicle.” One week’s update was “we should start this week” and the next thing i knew it was done and I had to scramble a bit to pick it up. Not a bad thing to be done early, but I hadn’t even been aware they had started. Only thing making this a 9 instead of 10.

The team at Gerber helped me navigate two auto repairs due to collision. They completed the repairs in a timely manner kept me updated along the way and helped me get over to the rental car store. They had a really nice waiting room with some dinosaurs that my toddler enjoyed. Overall, it was a great experience during a stressful time.. I would highly recommend working with Gerber for your auto repair needs.
