The only suggestion I would make is that the Gerber representative called me on Wed to say that the car would be ready Thursday morning - it didn't quite turn out that way. I called around 11am on Thursday and was told that the car wouldn't be ready until after the 3pm meeting. Then I got a call around 12:30 saying it was ready. This confusion could be eliminated if the car status was posted for all representatives to see. ( I talked to three different representatives for these three phone calls.)
