They went above and beyond. Keeping us updated twice a week. Very friendly & knowledgeable. Treated my 84 year old mother , like their own. Best Collision shop , EVER !! Hands down !!! Bob was always in contact with me , her daughter ... With updates . My Mother does not have a smart phone. I will recommend Gerber Collision to EVERYONE . So Friendly . It's refreshing to have great customer service , happy & helpful employees . The car was meticulously cleaned inside & out. Looked like a brand new vehicle . Bob & Allison were incredible people to work with. We need more people & companies , like Gerber Collision . Again... Thank You .
