I received updates twice a week, the truck was completed sooner than I expected. The entire inside of the truck was cleaned, which was not expected. I will recommend Gerber to everyone!

Unfortunately, but fortunately, this is the second time that I had to go to Gerber for repairs. Your staff is so kind. They contacted me of every single day to give me updates either in person or by text. Actually, I got both they finished the repair so quickly I could not believe it. I am 100% satisfied with the care and the kindness and the repairs that I received thank you so much.

My designated guy at Gerber kept me informed every step of the way through my GMC Yukon Black SLT collision repairs. Called every other day to let me know what was being done. I could not have asked for better service! I was so shocked when Ipicked it up that they even cleaned/washed mats & vacuumed inside my Yukon as well as washed the outside prior to picking it up. I can not say enough great things about Gerber Collision of Webster NY location. I brought my GMC YUKON SLT in to get repaired and they took great care of my vehicle. They kept in touch with me every other day they worked on it giving me updates on the repairs and I am truly grateful. Was so shocked when I got in to drive home, the crew had cleaned the entire interior spotless! That was a great surprise.
