Would have been nice to be informed upfront that broken parts (grill, etc) and wrappers for new parts would be left in the vehicle instead of disposed of at the shop.

I was so happy to communicate with patient, professional and understanding staff at Gerber Collision in Webster NY. Specifically Bob and Allyson. From working through the challenges of getting the repair authorization papers signed and submitted remotely to Bob’s almost daily phone and text messages updating me on the status of my Highlander’s repair. Upon picking it up, I could see that the vehicle was washed and polished, cleaned inside and out. You couldn’t tell that it had been worked on in a collision shop for three weeks. It looked brand new. So pleased!!! And although I’ve had it home for less than 24hrs, no issues surfaced during the two plus hour drive from Webster to Silver Creek. However, Bob did verbally highlight the fact that the work was under full warranty for as long as I owned the car. And that I could call him any time with questions or concerns. A very sincere “thank you” to all at Gerber Collision. You seriously helped reduce an old lady’s angst! 😉😊👍
