Although Hood said it was repaired and repainted, the dents were pushed out with no painting, and you could still see residual dense

Communication was good, except when I went to pay they said they don’t accept checks but there was a printed sign at the front desk saying forms of accepted payments checksb & credit card

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. However, all that needed replacing was the side view mirror assembly. This required a battery disconnect and that's my disappointment. After driving away, I noticed the driver side rapid power window did not work. Went back to Gerber and that required taking the door apart a second time. After that was corrected, then the passenger window didn't work. After that, everything was fine. I would recommend that after any service requiring a battery disconnect, power windows are checked and operational as well as resetting the clock if possible. I will return to Gerber if needed in the future, but was disappointed that simply function checks are not part of work instruction, or they were overlooked.
