Gerber tried to make everything right, which eventually happened BUT My truck was supposed to be ready the first week of June and I just picked it up on July 8.😕. The inconvenience that this caused has been ridiculous. Brian, and the team at the Minnesota location were quite helpful..... The Madison Park Street location was not helpful at all.

They were really nice and accommodating. They obviously know their craft. However I had to call a few times to get answers and the rental car company communication was hard to figure out.

I did call and leave a message after hours. Hoping for a call tomorrow between 10 & 2. Flat tire on pick up/ window on pax front door has no power/ huge chunk of wires hanging under glove box/ bubble on rt front door/ tps system now needs recalibration, according to Gerber Mechanic in Madison. I'm hoping you can make all this right..... Even in the beginning when I was told I would have my car back the first week of June and when I dropped it off I was told it was going to be the 16th of June. I let it go because I'm flexible......
