better communication on the completion date - not just a far-out date so when it's done sooner you can say "were done sooner than we said it would be".

The completion date was way off, so hard to plan alternate transportation. It was brought in March 3rd. The estimated completion date was March 11. Email was sent March 6th at 4pm it was complete and ready for pickup.

I really enjoyed my experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. I would recommend this company to anyone. Everyone was very kind and extremely helpful. Especially Bruce and the man at the front desk (unfortunately don’t remember his name). I felt like I was kept well informed on the status of my car and they were even willing to help me with my rental car. I will definitely us this company again for all my collision and glass needs.

What really set them apart, though, was the time they took to walk me through the repair process in detail. They clearly explained what needed to be replaced versus what could be repaired, and why certain decisions were necessary. That level of communication and honesty gave me a lot of confidence and made the whole experience much less stressful.

The physical repair can be made by every other repair shop, but my experience with Greber’s was uniquely different because of the staffs great efforts in fulfilling my expectations.
