The employees at Gerber were incredibly kind courteous inattentive period they accommodated me in a very unique way as I had to go out of town, and they allowed me to leave the car there before I left, but when I really was blown away was when I went to get my car. The work was beautiful, perfect in every way, an incredible attention to detail in a very, very, very fair price. I don't want to go back for any bumps or scrapes, I'll just go back to say hi, and thank you. But if I do have a bumper scrape , I have a lifetime place to go for any accidents couldn't more highly recommend gerber

I recently had my car repaired at Gerber. I was so impressed with the friendliness and courteousness of the people working at the desk. They answered my every question I was really blown away when I went to get my car, the repair was beautiful. It looked brand new in the attention to detail was meticulous.I'm hoping to never have another bump or scrape.But if I do gerber is my place for life period

Just how friendly everyone is and how accommodating the ladies in the office were when I needed to pick up my car. It was a little after hours and they had no problem waiting for me to get there. That sort of customer service is rare nowadays and I appreciated that greatly.

Matthew Hatfield was professional and personable. The communication from the initial estimate, to dropping off the vehicle, to giving status updates, all the way to completion and pickup was excellent. All staff I dealt with in the office were friendly and helpful.
