Despite the repairs for our subaru crosstrek taking 40 days, arnold the general manager @ gerber was very professional and took the time to explain why it took so long. Since those repairs my crosstrek is running great with no issues. Would I refer someone to Gerber for repairs? Yes I would.

I am so Ver Happy with the repair work done at Gerber Collision! What a delightful customer service team. I was daily informed of progress on my Jeep and found any questions answered quickly. My car looks ok, it's not perfect, but it's sort of... fixed? My headlights disappeared in the shop and they had to order more, so that was weird. The Audi emblem on my grille not matching what it came in with was also annoying (I had a black emblem, which one of the shop employees kept for himself? Silver was on the repaired car). Details matter! Also, my car has a shimmy in the front end now. I tried to open my hood and the hood latch handle had fallen off in the engine bay. Definitely a 5 out of 10 experience.

The damage was to my front bumper and left passenger side, and I went through insurance with zero issues. All of my concerns—color matching, repair quality, parts, rental costs, timing, and warranty—were completely resolved when I picked up my car.

This was my first not-at-fault accident, and they made everything feel seamless and stress-free. They were flexible when I arrived late to an appointment, helped coordinate my rental through Enterprise, and even added a bonus car wash.
