Both times I was there, dropping my car off and picking it up, I had to wait at least 15+ minutes for someone to be at the front desk to help me out. When I initially dropped off the car, I had to wait 30 minutes in the office, until I realized that I didn’t have to be there. According to the front desk person, I was supposed to to stay there so that someone could go over the damage estimate with me, & I had to wait for them to do this with me. But when one of the other customers ask if they could leave and do everything via text/online & the front office lady said yes I asked for the same thing and got the same response. Had I not known that I feel like I would of been there waiting for another hour or so. I am a sole proprietor businessman that losses money when I am away from my office. It bothered me that no one initially gave me the option to just drop the keys off, sign paperwork and do everything else via text/online. A lot of people are busy these days and don’t have extra hours to sit and wait in a waiting room. Once, I did mention to the front desk that I wanted to to do everything online, they did let me sign paperwork and be on my way. After that the communication process relating to repairs and and the repair work was stellar and a 10* rating. I was very happy with the work. When I returned to pick up my car, it once again took 15 minutes of me sitting there waiting until someone showed up.

Had to bring car back Monday morning. The bottom engine splash guard wasn't bolted back on. Was hanging from under car. On Monday morning I had them fix it, when it came back out it was still missing a few screws which I had them fix. I had to ask the guy to review his work like 3 times. I am not sure if they were high or just not on their game.

The job was not done properly it looked like my car had still been in an accident. When I pointed this out to the young lady they took it in the back for 10 minutes and did some corrections but I was disappointed overall because it wasn't up to your usual great standards.
