When I came to pick up my car, there were still scratches. When I denied delivery, I was told that the insurance company will not pay to fox my entire car, only the storm damage. I said, that was not there before and the gentleman said, you can't tell me this car was in perfect condition. I said it pretty much was. He said all cars are used as soon as you drive them off the lot and the insurance company will only pay for storm damage. I said this is storm damage, it's where the tree fell on my car... he appeared put out and said, I'm going to get a paint pen and you mark everywhere that needs to be fixed. They called within a couple hours and said they buffed out the scratches. I picked up my car this morning and have found several dents in the roof of the car that were not fixed properly. At this point I feel concerned to go back due to the way I was treated previously when I complained.
