Felt taken care of from the moment I walked in the office to get an estimate to the moment I picked up my car today. The team made sure my car was protected from bad weather until they could start the repair. And today I received not only a repaired vehicle but one that was detailed top to bottom. I originally chose Georgia Luxury Automotive because it was in network with my insurance and I just kind of went in blind... but I would choose them again - each and every time! I literally cannot find the words to describe how supportive, honest, responsive, and just over all kind humans work here! While it was an unfortunate situation, and no one wants their car to be involved in a wreck, I am forever grateful for them! And a special shoutout to Kamara for being my go-to gal throughout the whole process!

We appreciate that the car was returned early to us, however, the condition in which it was returned was not accepted.. The car was full dirty… forget about wash and detailing the car’s dashboard was not even cleaned by a cloth after windshield replacement. This is certainly not done! That ruined my whole mood at the time of delivery! I had to spend another $89 for total wash and detailing of my car after the repair work was done!

The car was returned early which is appreciated. However, the condition in which it was returned was not at all expected. The car was full dirty and was not washed and detailed after the repair work. Forget washing and detailing, the car’s dashboard was even not cleaned using a cloth after replacing the windshield. I had to spend another $89 for full washing and detailing of my car (outside GLA) after the repair work. This is certainly not acceptable from such a renowned name!
