Well from the very first day I went to drop my vehicle off Frank and I’m sorry but I didn’t get the young ladies name both were professionals and they made my aggravations of having to deal with the damages to my vehicle a very pleasant experience. Frank and his team did an awesome job and then some . It was a great experience despite the situation at hand. I would take my vehicle back to Gotham City Collision East anytime for repairs. Hopefully that won’t be the case but a special thanks to Frank and his team.

Frank and team were awesome. I was kept updated throughout the process and the estimated completion date was spot on. When picking up my car, I was not rushed out. Frank took the time to explain and look into any inquiry that I had to endure my questions and concerns were addressed. I would recommend this place and return here (hopefully not :) )in the future if I’m ever in the need for collision repair.
