Our Dodge Charger looked brand new when we picked it up today! All dents, chips and scratches from big tree branch falling on it were successfully fixed and buffed out. Paint job is amazing. The color and sheen are cohesive even though only one section of the car needed work. The interior received an incredible detail job too. Very pleased!

The estimated guy didn't know what is was doing. I don't appreciate being told that I was a liar. He doesn't have the customer service that the other people have.

The estimater didn't know what is was doing. Plus he had no customer service and I don't appreciate being told I was a lair. I don't appreciate being told that it wasn't his fault and it's was mine . I have talked to other people in the business they have agree with me that it should have been taken care of and it was his responsibility. Except I did tell him and he didn't listen againnnot my fault.

My husband Truck received extensive damage on the right hand side. We took his truck to Graham collision in Waukee for estimate. They were able to order the parts and had them at their shop within four days. They estimated the truck would be ready in 10 days. We were so happy and surprised they called us and said we could pick up the truck in five days! We drop this truck off on Monday and it was finished on Friday. The truck was badly damaged, but it looks brand new! Thank you so much for the great service!
