My husband Truck received extensive damage on the right hand side. We took his truck to Graham collision in Waukee for estimate. They were able to order the parts and had them at their shop within four days. They estimated the truck would be ready in 10 days. We were so happy and surprised they called us and said we could pick up the truck in five days! We drop this truck off on Monday and it was finished on Friday. The truck was badly damaged, but it looks brand new! Thank you so much for the great service!

My concern is that I went there for outer body work, and it seems like there was a lot going on inside of my car. I have catchalls on the side of my seats to catch things that fall. The one in the passenger seat was pulled out and on the floor. I also have stuff in the side panels on the inside of my car: tazers and others that look like they were rummaged through. My OMD, I have a magic car diagnostic. It was pulled out and put on the dash. Don't know why we were doing so much inside of my car for outer body work.

My rating was a 10 until I picked my car up from the body shop. My car was sitting under a tree with tree sap on my car. Had to literally scrub the whole car to get the tree sap off. Ugh!
