After dealing with the stress and frustration that comes with being in a car wreck, their team made the repair process one thing I didn’t have to worry about. From beginning to end, the customer service and communication were outstanding. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I never felt like I was being left in the dark or had to chase someone down for an update. That kind of communication means a lot when your vehicle is in someone else’s hands. And the finished product? They knocked it out of the park. My car came back looking and feeling better than it did before the wreck. The team's attention to detail, knowledge, craftsmanship, and pride in their work were on full display. You can tell they have skilled professionals who take what they do seriously and care about the quality of the final product. Grand Prairie Ford Auto Collision Center has definitely earned my trust and my business.
