Grapevine Collision very professional and informative. Good systems to keep me informed via text and also friendly telephone call regarding status. And readiness. I dropped off rental and they handled returning the rental for me. I picked up my car it was in Pete y shape. They walked me through everything they explained on the phone. They did find some extra issues when performing test and wheel alignment that was not easy to detect visually. This was added to the estimate and handled with insurance so that car was as good as new and fully tested and confirmed all taken care of. Friendly professional staf. Knew my make and model of car and were prime partners with my insurance company. Start to finish very delighted with whole process
