From the Customer side, this was an absolute home run. Larry is an absolute rockstar! He earned my trust and confidence within about 30 seconds of meeting him. He managed this very well. I didn't hardly have to call, he called me. I didn't have to chase loose ends, he did it for me and called to give me a status. For example, he received a part that was scratched, caught it before the install, and sent it back, ensuring a quality job. The job also came in almost a week early. Super happy! When an employer hires someone, they want complete trust, for them to be self-managing and pro-active. When a customer, like me, hires someone, it is exactly the same.
