Tommy and the gang did an excellent job of repairing my Explorer. Also, he was very patient and explained the process that was required to get my vehicle back to the original condition. Repairing my Explorer back to its original SAFE and new looking condition was very important to me since it had less than 5000 miles on it! I would recommend the Collision group to anyone.

My repairment has taken more than 1 and a half months and it still has not been completed. Also, the customer service I received did not aid me the proper way by saying my part is ordered but there is no confirmation of when the part will come in. Please fix these problems.
