Great job repairing two insurance claim fixes on my vehicle at the same time! Paint and clear coat quality seemed amazing. Good communication and clarification! Everyone was really nice and patient as it was my first time going through this process.

The Hendrick Collision Center Durham did an absolutely amazing job of repairing the damage to my 2007 Honda CR-V -- and thus, they restored its original look and finish! Because everything was paid for by Progressive (the insurance company of the other party involved in the accident), I chose "not sure" for the "Price you paid" when asked to rate that aspect of my experience. Even so, because there were no costs whatsoever incurred on my part throughout any of the process (to include the 18-day Enterprise car rental) -- my rating is "5 STARS"; and that's for all phases of the job! Many thanks to the team at Hendrick for a job well done! -- Lin M.

I appreciated the update status of where in the process my car repair was. Brenton was great and Sarah the girl giving the updates was wonderful. The only thing is there is some pitting in the spray painting on the car. However I understand how difficult it is to have an absolute out of the factory on a repair
