They did not seem to be in a hurry to get my car repaired. When I was told for the third consecutive week, :maybe sometime next week" I asked to speak to the acting manager, Brent. My car was ready that day. And it looks like a Servpro commercial so I was satisfied in that regard but, geez ,communication, the speed at which they had the necessary parts to put the car back together really was unnecessary in my view But it reinforces my choice of Parkland Subaru in Wilmington... sorry

I was totally satisfied with the repair work done on the bumper, grill bracket, and the left chrome ground effect on my vehicle . However one of the repair personnel left the black bumper form inside my car on the back seat. I noticed it because the rear moonroof shade was also left open. Other than that I was completely satisfied with the job on my 2018 Mercedes Benz S-560.
