I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Rick Hendrick for their outstanding customer service. No one likes to have to get repairs done on their vehicles especially when it's from a deer hopping in to your car. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, knowledgable, and courteous. They made the daunting process of having my car repaired extremely easy. I felt at ease leaving my car in someone else's hands. The front desk staff were quick, organized, greeted me right away, and had smiles on their faces. The Geico adjuster was friendly and walked me thru the entire process as well. The enterprise staff was also excellent even though they were very busy and slightly understaffed. I don't usually write reviews but I believe that this team you have is an excellent example of how teamwork creates happy life long customers and they should all be acknowledged for their outstanding customer service. I will use Rick Hendrick again for any future repairs to my vehicle and recommend you to anyone needing repairs to their vehicles. Thanks again for providing me with an excellent experience.
