This team,from the office folks, to the mechanic who worked on my car are true professionals. I was backed into and both my passenger side does needed repair. The job was so well done there is no indication that there was ever any damage. I was notified throughout the process and the work was done beautifully. I can hardly believe the one for was replaced and the other fixed. I was well pleased with the entire process.

I will warn them about the logistics, so whom ever I refer can plan accordingly. The body shop- I had no contact with, and I am pleased with their work.

Staff are undertrained. Reactive and definitely not proactive, when it comes to customer service. Staff are disconnected and not a cohesive team. Please have them not ask the customer if they will be using a rental car, if your business doesn’t promote the rental car agency in your building.. that was very confusing.
