I received an email telling me my vehicle was already picked up. I was traveling for work so this was troubling, when I called to check, they said "oh that's probably just an automatic message." Then 2 hours later I received the same email. Needlessly frustrating.

I did not have rental insurance. Perhaps the length of repair was outside of their control, but the length of time I was without a car was not acceptable. Staff was very communicative and helpful before I dropped the car off, then I was at their mercy. I wished many times that I had shopped around more. I have used Hendrick's Body Shop before, but if there is a next time, I will shop around for the best time of repair.
