How is it possible that my car was in worse condition after picking it up then when I dropped it off? Had a minor fender bender. Only one of the backup sensors was misaligned with the bumper. I got the car back with three misaligned backup sensors with the bumper. How is it even possible that the car is in worse condition than when I dropped it off? The paint looks good, but that’s the only thing that was fixed. Not a good experience at all.

I would have given a higher score. I was originally told I would pick it up on Friday and then was called and told it could be Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. Only to be called the next day again and told that I could pick it up on Friday. That kind of up-and-down back-and-forth change of the pick up date really plays around with my schedule and life.

Good day only disappointment that Heppner’s could not arrange a ride to come to the location for pickup. I ended up using uber it was only 14.00 not sure why heppners could not arrange. Small but frustrating.
