Michelle was very nice and friendly and answered all of my questions. They had this car for 3 weeks, which, in my opinion was excessive. I don’t know why so long. I was never told they had trouble getting parts or anything. In fact I dropped it off on a Monday with an appointment and I didn’t hear anything until Thursday. Did they even look at the car the first 2 days it was there? I don’t know. I just think for the little bit of damage it had this seemed too long.
