There were multiple emails lmk about the progress of the repairs. When work stopped for 2 days while the insurance adjuster approved supplemental supplies, that info helped get an extension on the rental.

1) it took many weeks to complete the work. The car set outside for so long the battery died. 2) I find it really hard to take in that the cracks in my windshield were present when it was towed in. The cracks started in 2 places (either side of the windshield) which does not look natural at all. The photo shown to me was not dated so I don’t know when it was taken.

Everyone was super easy to work with and extremely friendly/patient as this was my first ever insurance claim fix and they made the process so smooth and even got my car back to me sooner than anticipated!
