As I told the employee when we picked up the car, we had used another body shop for over 20 years before it was sold several years ago. Based on the experience we have had with Hertrich, we plan on making Hertrich our body shop in the future and we will highly recommend it to family, friends neighbors and coworkers

This place was grea! Got an appointment two days after I called. Car was beautifully done in 48 hrs. Staff communicated well. Set very clear expectations. Frequent text updates. I have nothing but praise for Hertrich Chadds Ford.

Eventhough your reasoning for going to a auto bodyshop is probably because your car was damage, it still doesn't have to be a totally bummed out experience. The staff at Hertrich Chadds Ford made my ordeal seem flawless and effortless. They wen't above and beyond to keep me updated on the cars status. They also went over every detail of the damage to my vehicle and were very transparent about the process. Not to mention, everyone there is very friendly and that put me at ease. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Great job to all and Thanks for all of your help!

I left a message. The door is not on the car correctly. There is a gap at the window, and the door is not aligned with the frame of the car. There is also a blemish on the inside door handle. I am bringing the car back first thing on Tuesday morning.
