They are taking it back to Check my concerns on the alignment. So until it’s fixed properly I can not give a honest proper review

I was not contacted and alerted that I needed a second tire. I had placement of 2 new tires on the right side. The left side was measured at ~5. I was told an alignment was done but the tech did not drive the car. The alignment was way off to the left and the lane assist did not work. This is a no-brainer with the tire tread. I bought two new tires at another establishment but was told when I bring back my car this week for an alignment that I would have to pay $129.00. The lane assist will be covered. I am not happy with the tech service with regard to not alerting the management that additional tires were needed for the car's performance. This is not the first time that there has been tech issues while getting my car serviced.

The front light that we fixed ,is not lighting on properly,it takes a while to light on,I have to bring my car back to be fixed.
