The same day I received car I went to Motor Veh. for tag inspection which failed because of OBD11. However, after after the next day of driving the test procedure was sucessfully performed and I was able topass and receive the nw tag.

Excellent communication regarding the entire process and a person to answer the phone and answer questions. I appreciate that I didn't need to have a voice answering machine to deal with. My vehicle was finished much sooner than I anticipated which was very important to me. This was the second time I've used your body shop and I was satisfied with your service both times.

They were professional, informative, and timely. The work appears excellent, however there were 2 black scuffs that may or may not have been part of the collision that were not removed. They could have easily been removed with solvent as a courtesy but the rep told me he didn't believe they were covered by the claim. One more little step for customer satisfaction would have been a better choice.

Sorry that it took so long two months but with the damages and all looks like they did an awesome job. I haven’t found any anything wrong with it yet but I just got it back today so let’s hope there’s not.

So far, I’ve only had the car back for three days so I mean it runs fine. There was nothing wrong with the running of it, but that looks like they did a really nice job on the bodywork.
