They took intirely too long (7wks) to repair a dent in a door and replace a rear bumper. I had to call to get updates on my car and when I did call no one knew anything. I didn't appreciate the AI generated updates that kept saying the same thing. When I did get my vehicle back it hadn't been washed or detailed,after being assured that it was. Customer service was subpar at best. I would never go back and I have a lifetime warranty on the work performed and I still would never give you anymore of my money.

Took too long (7wks) to fix a bumber and a scratched door. Kept sending a text which repeated the same update. When I called no one had any real answers about what stage my vehicle was in or how much longer it would take. When I did get it back, gas was gone, passenger side seat was stained looks like coffee spilled. They said they washed my car but outside and inside was a mess. I would never go there again

This was my 3rd vehicle that Hertrich Dover repaired for me. The work on all 3 cars was terrific, however this last vehicle took nearly 7 weeks despite an earlier estimate of 3-5 weeks. The excuses ranged from labor shortage, parts delays, parts needed in the last week that were just discovered ? ?? Again, can’t fault the work but this last car took forever !!!
