Well let's start that this question is early in the process as I just picked up the car. I feel confident that we will be completely satisfied. From my first call to Tiffany to my inspection walk thru of the car upon pick up with Scott. What a pleasure it has been . The process was very through and perffessional. The workman ship and the communication throughout the process has been on point. I also have a good sense if there is an issue post pick up. It will resolve. A little miscommunication . Rental car place got message stating my car was done and picked up on a late Friday night. Called Monday morning stated my car would be done that day later after 12 and to come in. Wasn’t actually don’t until 2 days later . However rather then that communication about the car was great. Staff members were beyond nice ! Everybody that walked past spoke and made me feel very welcomed!!
