I wish BMW brought back their own body shop. They were always on spot and my car was always cleaned when I got it back from a repair.

My bumper has dirt in the paint. The whole trunk area of my car was not cleaned, it still has all the shop dust and other remnant’s. I dropped my car off immaculate and I received it back 80% cleaned. I received it back water spots all over the bumper. Also, they didn’t even wipe the door jams when they washed the vehicle. My expectation was to receive my car back the way I took it in, and that was with no water spots and door, jams, wheels, and vehicle with no water spots. Also, there are scratches on the top left panel on the back side panel. It is going back on Monday to have the bumper sanded to remove dust spots in the paint. Hopefully my car will get cleaned and given back to me 100% cleaned and no water spots. This is the first time I’ve used your company and I have to say I’m not impressed. The car was finished on Wednesday and I did not pick it up until Friday afternoon so there was plenty of time to make sure my car was cleaned and given back to me 100% polished with no water spots.
