Bryce represents your company with a high degree of professionalism. My only comment is when an out of state client is having a repair that is holding up their departure causing additional expenses and inconveniences a greater effort is made to finish as early as possible. Having an employee leave early on Friday causing us all the additional expenses and inconveniences until monday Was disappoi nting not giving the customer a higher priority

My truck looks beautiful and brand new again because he fought to get me OEM parts and do above and beyond paint and clearcoat. I wish BMW brought back their own body shop. They were always on spot and my car was always cleaned when I got it back from a repair.

The area that they buffed because of the discoloration on drivers side rear panel has scratches. Like a rough towel or something left scratches.
