The girl at the counter was very awkward she had no answers was very rude blocked me from calling to check on my truck had to call from another phone. She seemed very uneducated

Lack of communication. New receptionist was not friendly or helpful. My vehicle was marked in the system I picked it up 4 days prior to it being ready. This caused problems with my insurance paying for my rental car.

Prior to my accident the Automatic Emergency Braking setting was operational. Upon picking the car up I was informed that it is not able to be set up due to an issue related to a vehicle recall notice. I will have the dealership I bought the car from look into it when I take it in next, however if it is not a recall issue I want to have this repaired and covered. I do not know much about cars, however if it was working prior to the accident and not fixed upon picking up the vehicle logic dictates that the issue is a result of the accident and should have been repaired along with the rest of the repairs to ensure the vehicle operates as it should.

I appreciate the staff willing to do the repair! I had to take my car back to Honda as there was a keyless remote error when I picked up the car. Turns out something wasn't plugged back in properly. And the car still smells
