truck looked as good as new. Matthew found damage we hadn't seen and we felt he had considered every thing that would need to be done and explained very well what was going to happen. Final results were fantastic

I have to knock this down a few points. At a few points in time during whole process it seemed our appointment got lost, a request for a copy of estimate wasn't answered until we dropped the truck off and even the fact we were dropping the truck off the day we did was at first met by a loss as to what we were doing. several times during the process we got emails about the status of our truck that counterdiceted what was actually happening; such as our truck was ready when it wasn't and thankyou for picking up the truck when we hadn't even been to the shop yet. We are not sure wheather this was the insurance company or High Tech that created these counterdictions. Although everything worked out fine these points were a bit unsettling.

This question is hard to answer because my repair was quite simple so to make a honest opinion I would have to have a more major repair done which I hope doesn't happen in my future

It was a minor dent not much to discuss ,the office person was pleasant to deal with it's been years since I had a claim so I don't know what to expect at the Time I brought my vehicle to the shop and they wanted to keep sight un seen which I thought was strange expecting a formal estimate but I was assured they are in contract my insurance company bottom line it all worked out and it looks like it did before the accident and that is what you hope for in the end.

Had the vehicle 3 weeks and broke a clip on the plastic air vent now I have the inconvenience of returning to get the clip fixed which should have been done initially especially since they knew the broke the clip when reinstalling. Not Happy
