I texted you guys twice and also tried to call due to my driver side door handle have a gash in it, like it was hit or slammed into something and I know I didn’t have that prior to dropping off and then my “brand new” hood also has a gash in it. Not very happy since I was more than patient and understanding, however, being ignored over 2 damages on my vehicle isn’t very professional.
