I’m not dissatisfied, but the Jeep is not done yet. The inside cover for the sun roof is not working and the passenger door trim is dented. I spoke to the staff about it and they will fix it when we get back from Florida. The part for the door came damaged, so that’s not their fault. Thanks.

When calling around to see the referrals given by State Farm. Very informative and broke down the process to me. The txting/sms system they have to keep you in the loop of the status of the vehicle was awesome. Kept me informed as well avoiding to bug the front desk ladies. When pick up greeted and let me know the breakdown of the parts replaced.
