The repair was done very well, however I am going to have to take my car to have the inside fully detailed the dust that was left inside the car is a total disaster. And the smell is bad

Overall I am satisfied with the experience as it seems the work was well done. The car looks great and I appreciate the fact that High Tech worked with my insurance on the details of the estimate etc. I do however want to give feedback on the communication process. I had indicated on the intake form that I would like weekly updates on my vehicle. I did not receive that and in fact did not get a single update until the day the car was ready. I was told I would be called when the estimate was completed; that did not happen. I called many times when no one answered the phone and the mailbox was either full or not set up. One of the times I was actually able to get a hold of someone I was told I would receive a follow up call with an update and I never heard back. Everything ended up being fine in the end, but having a better communication process would have alleviated a lot of stress.

Like in any job problems pop up, and high tech team called me to resolve the problem with ease.even though I was inpatient calling alot about my car, never were they rude to me, always being kind and informing me on the updates. I Love ❤️ that my car looks like it was never in an accident.
