The best experience that I have had in the recent past. The staff is absolutely fantastic , very caring , competent,and customer focused . The manager walked me through the entire process from the commencement of the repair to the final handling over the vehicle. She arranged for a ride to Enterprise for my rental car as well ,it was so convenient. I would recommend High Tech Collision Reno to all my friends Guys!! 1.-Tomaron mucho tiempo en la reparacion 2.- Me la estaban entregando desalineada con el volante todo chueco. 3.- El color del dump siento qie no es igual al de mi troca. 4.- la luz del tablero o dentro de la troca siento que tiene problemas tengo que apagarla totalmente. 5.- tiene un rayon en el parabrisa del lado del pasajero el cual no tenia.

Por no tener realmente arreglada la troca y volverla a dejar ese dia entre el carro de renta y para obtener otro carro de renta perdi casi 4 horas de trabajo y una buena llamada de atencion de mi jefe por tomar mas tiempo del que pedi

Paint good. Wrong headlight installed. Alignment and damage from collision was not checked. These were found/repaired by another shop.
