The office person was extremely professional, warm and sweet. I arrived to pick up car at 455 from working Vacaville and she had nothing but a smile on her face and was very gracious. The mechanic who put the clips or screws/bolts on the car after was very apologetic, efficient, fast. I very much appreciated willingness to help me right then.
