from drop off to pick up, Manny was a rockstar kept me informed the entire way. I have to go visit a friend this weekend in Placerville and I was a little sad. I didn’t think I would have the convertible for the drive . I didn’t think there’d be any way I would get it back before the weekend. Well, I dropped it off Monday afternoon and got it back Thursday. Needless to say I’m quite pleased now. I know why USAA picked you for a direct bill facility, you provide a type of service and professionalism that USAA can only hope we get. Thank you
