The repair process took a little bit longer than I liked however, you can’t rush perfection High fives to Andrea, who communicated with me through the whole process. My initial contact was Matt and he was extremely helpful and informative. After four weeks of downtime I was able to pick up my vehicle. Only a minor adjustment was necessary and Joe made sure everything was to my liking before I left the shop. I would definitely bring my business there again if necessary however I have no plans to return anytime soon and that’s a good thing. Thank you BBA for making the process smooth and also when I stepped in my car to pick it up, it was detailed beautifully inside and outside! I honestly felt like I was stepping into a brand new vehicle thank you BBA and once again thank you Joe, Matt, and Andrea!"
