I was rear ended about almost two months ago, by no fault of my own. I took my car to this innovation auto body after reading reviews that they were a good place to repair my car. I won’t take my car back to this location. I spoke to Scott the day I picked up my car, he was extremely rude. I told him I would pick my car before work and that I would be cutting it close. When I got to the shop, he then told me I had to drop off my rental at enterprise instead of innovation auto body. I’m sorry you’re under stress at work, but that isn’t an excuse to be rude and Inconsiderate of others people time.

Great detail was put into my car. Not only was it fixed, but you took the time to detail it and to finish my car before Christmas, called and found a part to be shipped out.

My car was returned in like new condition. There was one pet that was going to take an additional 2 weeks. Innovation made extra effort to find the part and have it overnighted, so I got my car back right before Christmas!

Other local shops were booking out 4-6 weeks. When I contacted Innovation Sherwood, Jeff took his time on the phone explaining all the details about this process to me and could start the repairs in less than 1 week. The drop off was easy and the communication during the repair process was very helpful and transparent. My car was finished and ready to be picked up in less than 2 weeks!
