Absolutely top drawer experience on all counts at Innovation Auto Body. I could not ask for anything more, and you are welcome to use me as a reference anytime. As my Saab no longer manufactures many of it''s replacement parts, my repair was challenging. Both Jeannie in the office, and your personnel in the shop itself, worked diligently with me over a period of almost four months to get the job done, with perfect results. Bravo. C

Jeanie was fantastic keeping me informed of the progress. She contacted the insurance company to convince them to get me an upgrade on my rental. She was able to streamline process by connecting directly with insurer’s appraiser which reduce wait time to initiate repair work.
