Repair was done fast. They gave me an estimated date of completion and it was finished ahead of schedule. I was worried to trust my insurance because my brother has taken his Tesla to "certified" Tesla shops and always have had issue's with the repair. Upon arrival I was at ease when I saw how many teslas with body damage were in their lot. They definitely work on a lot of tesla vehicles and they know what they are doing. I can't even tell the car had damage. It looks perfect. This was the first time I heard of Jerry Graham Auto Body, but my father assured me they have been around for a long time and everyone he knows who used Jerry Graham were very pleased with the quality of work. Now I'm a believer as well. Thanks!

It was a very professional process. However, I went to the wrong place to pick up my car but that’s no big deal as you had just opened the new location. Also, my radio and voice control weren’t working when I picked up the car, but a reset fixed the problem.

The back tail gate upon closing makes a cracking noise at the hinges. In unsure why this is happening but I know that it's NOT correct. Plus I found a drill shaft piece in the trunk that I would like to return.
