At first it felt like it was taking a long time, but once I saw my car and the finished product it was well worth the wait. My Tesla looked brand new, they did a 10/10 on not only repairing my vehicle, but a perfect full detailing of my vehicle. It felt like Christmas morning receiving the greatest gift. Glad to be back in my Tesla and it’s running better than ever and looking flawless. Thank you to everyone at Jerry Graham Auto Body. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do I will 100% give them my business again.

I had an excellent experience with this shop from start to finish. Communication was outstanding. I received regular text updates, phone calls when needed, and always knew exactly where things stood. They went well beyond what I expected to make sure everything was handled properly. They worked directly with my insurance and were able to get the full repair covered, totaling about $17,500, without any stress on my end. More importantly, the quality of the work was exceptional. Every imperfection in the body was addressed, and the truck looks right again, not just “good enough.” It’s rare to find a shop that combines professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who wants the job done correctly.

Repeatedly was told that my car would be ready by a certain date and time but then it wasn’t. This happened at least 5 times. When I picked up my car on Monday, someone from their shop left a lighter in my cup holder.
