The hertz rental that I was given smelled like marijuana and when I shared this feedback with the body shop she said that all of their cars smell that way

there was miss communication between AAA and the Auto Body shop. AAA told me to go to the shop and they would do the repair. I took my car to the shop and they did an estimate but said they needed to hear from AAA and also know if I had to pay a deductable. After a week went by I didnt hear back from either AAA or the auto body shop. I finally called and the body shop said they still didnt know if I had a deductable but to schedule a time to bring my car in.
